We decided that we would like to book a stargazing trip at last minute, and all of the main stargazing tours were sold out. Luckily we got in touch with Abeque, who confirmed that they could take us up the mountain on the next evening. We were expecting to be part of a larger group, but it ended up being... More

We went on a catamaran trip to los gigantes. Amazing seen from the sea and we had the opportunity to swim there.

These cliffs are really neat to see as they just drop into the ocean, and they are so tall! You find them relatively easily because along the road there's a cafe and a lot of tourists taking photos from afar...too bad you can't get closer, but that's the only downside!

Great view, impressive cliffs. Best view was during the whale and dolfin boat trip when the cliffs are approached.

This has a feel of Switzerland about it. Called the village it has a winding road down to the marina with plenty of cafes & shops. Plenty of boat trips from here. The views are spectacular & everywhere has a relaxed feel about it.

Stunning views in Los Gigantes. Very steep hills up and down but worth it just for the ice-cream from the shop near the harbour. Lots of boat trips from the harbour, gift shops and bars and restaurants. Peaceful and traditional

Have the lamb on Wednesday, don't try and eat it on your own, share with your fave person, it's out of this world. Good fun dancing to UB40 and lots more! Check it out, you won't be sorry. Well done chef @nicky Bramley!

I've been going to Los Gigantes on and off since I was 5 and must have been at least 20+ times, as a child, as a teenager and as a mom myself. I've watched as new apartments and roads were built but luckily building has now stopped as they were building to high up the cliffs. It's such a peaceful... More

Habour has plenty of small boats, a few sailing yachts and massive fish. The old town has a few characterful buildings. Disliked the tourist shops as these detracted from the place. Black sand beach is close to habour and cliffs and was less attractive than Puerto Santiago beach.

Went here from Callao Salvaje by bus for the day. Instead of staying on the bus right into Los Gigantes we got off in Puerto Santiago and walked the rest of the way.If you are reasonably fit this is not too far and well worth it.We stopped in P. Santiago for coffee and then made our way onto the coastal... More
