The water is sparkling clean and the beach is safe for swimming close in. There are some nudists but it is big enough for all. The fort is worth walking up to, but it is not possible to go inside. There is ample car parking...More

The first time we visited it was stormy so we watched the waves and stood on the cliffs. Spectacular. We visited twice more and were able to sunbathe and swim. The beach is part nudist but most people had swimming costumes on. There were quite...More

Stick to the left to avoid the nudists. Nice views on the castle and on the mountains. The sand is whitish and not as thin as the blackish one, so it's easier to get rid of it.

Beach in the heart of Cabo de Gata natural park. You can park the car few meters of the beach. You can practice snorkel, swimming, kayak, or sand sports, you can seach geological fossils, etc.

Great beach with a lovely fort and village close by. good to swim but the sea can get a little choppy at times so a little caution may be needed.

Excellent beach, very clean, clear water and no waves. The only downside is the water temperature, 23 - 24 degrees in September, which is a bit too cold.

Pleasant sandy beach, good access to the water. Car park at the rear, means it is not too far to walk. No facilities, but nice views.

It was very exotic place. Made me imagine how use to be all this area long time ago, people living there. Very interesting and beautiful

This is a beautiful beach with superb views, and a Fort as well as nearby Military 'towers. It has NO commercial shops, chiringuitos or anything. Its just a lovely, natural, Mediterranean beach for beach lovers, all year round.
