I was on the upper deck for the sunset cruise. Enjoyed the views etc.. 25 people were on the inside including my family...they saw hardly anything through the scratched and dirty windows. Sad.... if they would just invest in a Karcher it would make such a difference!!! Nobody could hear or understand the commentary, including all the Germans and French as well as the 20 or so English!! Wine....a very small portion was served in a plastic glass and was cloudy and actually full of bits!! Whoops...beware! Some prawns also served but a lot of people could not face shelling them! Despite everything I did quite enjoy though..With improvements could be more enjoyable!

Hi, griffpasty, We are glad that you enjoyed our services despite the issues that you comment. We would like to mention that after your visit everything that you mentioned was carefully checked: the sound was being functional, but we readjusted it better; the windows had just salt -which is normal and we clean regularly-, which we removed. Plastic needs to be used on board, as glass is usually forbidden for safety reasons. About shelling the prawns, we hope you understand that it is not on us to teach people how to eat them, as shrimps are enoughly common all around the globe. Kind regards

Free train and ferry ride from El Rompido Resort to a lovely beach. Need to be self sufficient as there are little or no facilities available on arrival. Great for walking and relaxing but be aware the walk to the beach is not a short walk and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Hi, Eanna57, Thank you very much for your review. The walk to the beach from the ferry is between 4 and 8 min, and is provided with a boardwalk to make it easier. Although is not like walking through the street when it comes to people with special mobility needs, it is a beach accesible for all. Kind regards

Margaret’s review is spot on and it is peaceful as you walk the beech with the waves lapping at your feet. A great way to unwind. When we were there we saw as the attached photo. Clearly the locals were carrying out a tradition and were enjoying themselves.

Definitely one of the nicest ways to get to the beach. The comfortable crossing only takes a few minutes, but gives a sense of getting away from it all. The boats run frequently throughout the day. Fares are €3 or €4 return depending on the part of the split you want to access. Staff are very helpful and the boats are first class.

It's only a 10 minute boat ride from the marina over to the island. But it's very peaceful and calm. You can get off at the island and return on a later boat or stay on board and go back to the mainland. A nice way to wile away half an hour.
