I wanted to see the wall but especially the sculpture of Pedro Cieza de León in repose writing his diaries of travels to Peru. this man was born in Llerena into a family of Conversos and managed to sail off to the new lands at the age of 16 then at the age of 28 started to write his chronicles of experiences in the New World. Returning to Seville he soon dies at the age of 34. He is remembered for writing about the potato as well. A vegetable that changed European eating habits !

He is remembered for writing about the potato as well. A vegetable that changed European eating habits !
