If you are looking for a truly unique outdoor trip around the Balkan area, Feel Green Travel is your agent & guide. Feel Green's founder (Rok Teul) guided me and a group of 6 friends (36-40 yrs old) around Slovenia's stunning nature for four days in autumn 2017. Just an awesome experience! Rok brings a staggering amount of local knowledge, both about the ecology as well as the region's history. Also he has the rare ability to just blend in the group and be a total natural part of it. There is no better way to get lost in the Balkan with professional guidance and have a great deal of fun while doing it.

We did a private customised tour to Logar valley and Velika Planina with Rok. It was a brilliant and relaxing trip where it felt like we were travelling with a friend. Rok was very patient with the walking and short hikings despite my lack of suitable footwear! The included 'food tasting' were proper meals at restaurants. He was also flexible with the itinerary and even stayed an extra hour to drop us off at the airport.

We just returned from an epic 7-day hiking trip in Slovenia. The trip – during which we crossed the Julian Alps via the Seven Lakes and Mt. Triglav and also hiked in the Kamnik-Savinja Alps as well as in the Karawanks – was a wonderful experience largely due to our guide Rok. He was the one who custom-designed the 7-day journey for us so that we could see all that the mountains of Slovenia have to offer and who helped us safely complete the journey. In addition to hiking, we were lucky enough to spend some time in Kranjska Gora, Bled, and Jezersko (the tourist farm Šenkova domačija is fantastic; stay here if you can). Overall, the experience was amazing and our favorite hiking trip so far. If you get a chance to spend time with Rok, take it. He is knowledgeable, humorous, caring, and patient (especially when ascending Mt. Triglav with some rookies). We would go back into the mountains with him in a heartbeat.

This was our second hiking tour with Rok this year. We climbed the highest mountain in Slovenia, Triglav, and spent a week hiking from hut to hut. Rok planned the tours optimally and adapted them flexibly to the weather conditions. We felt safe and well looked after at all times. During the tours we got a lot of interesting information about the history and life in Slovenia. Many thanks to Rok for the nice time in Slovenia, we will definitely come again next year.

We really enjoyed our trip organised by Marco. He took us up to the plateau above Lake Bled by van and then gave us directions about how to get back down to the bottom of the valley by bike. There are lots of cycle paths and very little traffic around. When we reached the bottom of the mountain there were several places that were recommended for us to visit. Would thoroughly recommend this company. Marco was great and the bikes were of good quality!

We recently completed the Boutique Self Guided Cycling holiday in Slovenia with Feel Green Travel, and rate it simply as our best holiday ever (we also travelled across Europe from the UK to Slovenia by train).
Rok and the two Marko's provided the sort of fantastic personal service you only get with small outfits (we also experienced this with IberoCycle some years ago in Northern Spain).
The route is through very beautiful scenery, and the rides are sufficiently challenging with quite big climbs, but still allow for plenty of time to sight-see and visit local cafes - which is seriously necessary when it's hot as it was for us!
The bike combo worked perfectly: nice light road bike and an e-bike meant we were perfectly matched as a couple (though the ebike easily outperformed the roadie on the climbs!!). We had a mechanical issue on one day, and Feel Green sorted it out with incredible efficiency (thanks bike-Marko!). On another day after climbing 600m we found the road down was closed! We faced a 20 mile detour and a further 800m climb, but then our luggage driver fortuitously appeared, and promptly ran down to the blocked part of the road and verified we could get the bikes through. An amazing bit of running on a hot day that caught us quite by surprise (thanks baggage-Marko!).
All hotels and B&B's were fab - in wonderful locations and with really friendly welcoming hosts. They made such a difference after a hot day in the mountains.
All in all, an unforgettable trip.

If you're looking for authentic, professional and very personal travel than choose Rok from Feel Green Travel. My partner and I felt we need to explore nature somewhere not so crowded so Montenegro with their five national parks seemed perfect. We travelled in the group with another 10 travellers in May 2018. What I liked the most? The relaxed atmosphere. Rok showed extensive knowledge of the country, hiking, the local community and special places. And his very good entertainer with just right common sense. Climbing peaks over 2.000 meters in Durmitor was like a piece of cake with him and colleagues. The expedition was perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. I recommend Feel Green Travel also for the values that they represent: responsibility to environment and people.

In the summer 2017 I spent a wonderful holiday in a group with Rok as tour guide - already for the 2nd time. It is always a pleasure hiking with him.
Rok has shown us his beautiful country Slovenia, and he always has an interesting story to tell about local traditions and the rich history in the Balkans. Not to mention his commitment to nature and ecology, which makes every tour an unforgettable experience.
We always felt in safe hands, also when suddenly a thunderstorm hit the mountains.
Thank you again for the perfect orgnization. I am already looking forward for the next adventure.

Rok is the man!
He took us to Valvasorjev dom in extreme weather conditions: -15 degrees Celsius, wind and snow.

Such a fantastic day! Definitely the highlight of our trip. Rok was a great guide, he had great knowledge and made us feel very comfortable. He was happy to adjust the length and difficulty of the hike depending on our ability, and ensured that we got incredible views from the top and throughout. Would highly recommend the 3 hour snow shoe hike for anyone visiting the bled area in winter.
