It is interesting for those interested in architecture. The surroundings are beautiful and the streets that lead back to port are very narrow and Toscan-like. Since Stari grad is small, definatelly recommend visiting this.

Spoilt by now with baroque churches all looking similar after a while, but you don't get this in suburban England. This one is unusual as being partly fortified with a tower at one side and also a small monastery at the side with a lovely...More

We visited the small museum attached to the monastry. There were some interesting artifacts and paintings on display but personally I could not get excited about this place.
