Great showground to wander around. We visited for the autumn fair which was very busy. Limited Covid restrictions were in place but as the majority of the fair was outside this wasn’t a major issue. The area is extensive so there was plenty of room to stroll around whilst viewing the various craft, gardening and other stalls. Numerous food and drink outlets if a rest or pitstop is required. Well organised event. Recommended.

Bit disappointing this time round with far less to see and large barriers keeping people from getting around easily. Spoilt by some unusually large hand trucks by dealers getting in the way of everyone and not giving a Damn. Full English in the cafe was a bit puny. Organisers staff were quite helpful if needed though. Think we'll give Newark a go next time and leave Malvern until April in the hope that things improve.

Bit churlish of me to complain when it was free entry, but it was disappointing to travel so far to see so little on display. Many of the advertised sellers were not present, meaning there were more motorhomes to see in the carpark than in the showground. Still full marks for trying in these testing times.

Malvern Winter Glow is the worst attraction I think I have ever visited! It took ages for their employee to register us on arrived even though I had the tickets on my phone. The Winter village lacked decorations, characters etc , I'd describe it as basic and boring. The cafe was located by the ice rink where it was too cold to sit. It was card only payments and they were having an issue with the machine. Mulled wine was nice. The ferris wheel looked good in the dark. I wasn't impressed with the outdoor light trail .From arriving to being back in the car was 25 min, expensive at £20 a ticket and an hours drive to get there.

We arrived at 12:30 and were still charged £10 entrance and within half an hour of arriving a large majority of the stalls were either packing up or packed up. We feel we have been ripped off, as we paid this money really just to visit one hall. Due to the weather conditions the outside trader should have automatically be relocated to the cattle sheds. Plus no entrance fee should be charged after 12:00. We attend the flea market on a regular basis but I feel the people that attend are not appreciated. Considering the market is only there because of the footfall. So we will not be returning which is a shame as it is right on my doorstep.

The winter glow was a total disappointment and an absolute waste of money. To call it an illuminated trail is a bit of a joke tbh. It’s more a few illuminations dotted about and you have to walk quite far to get to each one. Needs way more illuminations to actually call it an illuminated trail. Wasted opportunities with the little huts these could have characters or stalls in which would have created way more atmosphere as there no atmosphere what so ever with no music or festivities. Extra cost in tickets to ride the wheel or the train or ice skate. So we paid £19 to walk around spaced out lights for 40 mins. I think the train, ice skating and wheel should be included! The ice rink is tiny also and quite crowded. All in all don’t bother!

Very bad experience when I went to winter glow, very disappointed with the amount of lights and little to see. I wrote a post on their Facebook detailing my experience and now they have deleted this post and blocked me from direct messaging them. This is scandalous and shows how they treat customers.

I am very disappointed in the whole thing when they delete bad reviews, and have further ignored me. Awful service and it cost over £50

The organisers of this event should try driving a standard family car through the pot holed riddled track and mud filled car park and see how they feel upon arrival.
This so called light display is a truly disappointing experience with long walks of nothing followed by brief sparse displays simply not worth £16 each. Little atmosphere no Christmas music and certainly no Christmas cheer.
Don’t bother save your money.

For £16 each the Malvern glow was disappointing, boring, sparse lighting and didn’t feel like much effort put in- seen better lighting shows on people’s houses. I wouldn’t of minded if it was £5 each donation for charity but for the price as well very poor. Utter shame as it could of been fantastic!
