Its small size outlet village with very strange brands combination. You can browse around shops, but the only items worth to by that are on very high discount there. Otherwise online Italy outlets definitely offer bigger selection and better price.

Wasn't aware that this was even around. Got there and found out that it was a lot larger than I expected. A number of outlet stores where you can find a bargain or two.

However, some bargain prices aren't comparable to U.K. prices. For example: €60 Nike trainers from outlet available in the U.K. for £40.

Some shops don't really offer good deals while others know how to do business better. The tags on the clothes show the retail price as well as the outlet price which is normally 30% off. When the sales are on you will get other discounts which allow you to buy at very low prices. As mentioned, there are a few shops (desigual and timberland are 2 examples) which advertise sales but if fact, the prices are always the same year round.
The only negative point about this place is that unlike a commercial centre where a roof protects the complex, this outlet really looks like a village where individual houses are separated and when it rains you do get wet unless you walk under an umbrella when moving between shops!

If you have a car and a lot of time, then go.

We had a choice: taxi or a bus.

We chose a bus (1,2€ One-way ticket per person, goes from the main bus/railway station of Pescara every hour/half hour (timetable for working and week end days is on the attached photo (06.2018)
The choice of shops and brands in the "outlet" is so poor that it would be sad to spend 100€ or SMTH like that on taxi and buy absolutely nothing (((
There were so quietly, no music, no people...

I think that this outlet used to have better times in 2013th, when all advertising articles on the internet were written, now it is a sad and uninteresting place to go.

It is like walking round a small village full of shops and restaurants. You can spend hours browsing or just a few minutes if you know excately what you want. The parking is great and also the signing is very easy to understand.

Went there because of favorable ( but very outdated ) reviews of this outlet .
I agree that it might have known better times some years ago. but now it's a different thing! half of the brands in the their leaflet AND there official website (!) is not even there anymore.
went to the InfoPoint for help locating stores listed but ... surprise surprise ... got the answers that every one of the big brands ( Armani Jeans, Aeronautica Militare , Emporio Armani, Pacciotti 4US ... and several others listed as present are not even there anymore !!! but why did they show them as available on their website and the official printed leaflet ?
very misleading . feels like got cheated . catching taxi all the way from Pescara and back.
free wifi interent advertised isn't there too . person at the InfoPoint politely told me that it also doesn't work anymore. couldn't believe it. it's 21st century after all.
decided to write this just to warn other travelers

Our first visit, and my parents second. I was impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the outlet. There was lots of choice of stores with many well know brands. I thought the prices were comparable with the UK but there were some bargains to be had.
The Lindt chocolate store is a must visit, the icecreams from there are absolutely delicious! Free parking and good opening hours too.

We came there on our way to our holiday's destination. Nice shopping place, lots of parking space. The number of shops is not overwhelming, which is great. Some international brands combined with local ones. I particularly liked Italian interior design shops

The stores seem to come and go at this outlet, but there is a variety of clothing stores, a few kitchen stores, several restaurants, and a new food court just opened in Spring of 2018. You will find some big American brands here like Nike and Timberline. Also an Adidas store. Plus several sport/workout clothing shops. There are a couple kitchen shops and at least two bedding/linen shops. Also a Lindt chocolate shop which has a gelato counter! Worth a visit. When the weather is nice the mall hosts music concerts and it becomes an open air nightclub.
