My husband, our three children (12yr, 10yr, 8yr) and I kayaked la Bufadora as an excursion with Carnival Inspiration in July. We would highly recommend it. The guides were excellent, very professional and friendly. It was exciting but you felt you were in safe hands the whole time. The best way to see La Bufadora and get a bit of... More

I was disappointed in coming here. It was a 45 minute bus ride from the cruise terminal. On arrival, we had to walk through about 0.5 mile of hawking peddlers selling all kinds of stuff - mostly junk-- and some very aggressive. The blowhole itself is pretty interesting but is more dramatic at high tide, and we were there at... More

This location is a little far from the cruise terminal, about a 30 minute ride. If you are afraid f heights, the ride up may be a bit much, it's goes up a winding mountain. The blow hole is nice, but it's a shopping center and many people trying to sell merchandise to you. If you can endure the walk... More

When I first came to La Bufadora in the 1980's; nothing was here except the blow hole. It was cool and neet to visit. Now it's a street lined with hawkers and smells like an abotoir

I would say this place is nice to visit at least once in a life time. The retailers are a bit expensive and I wouldn't eat there and parking can be a bit crazy. Go early and beat the crowds and the heat!

You have to do this at least once while in Ensenada. The shopping that leads up to the Bufadora is good shopping and eats. From food to blankets to meds. We had such a great time.

Super turistic, they've gone commercial because of so many people from around the world who visit. The food you get here has really declined in quality. I used to get Chavelas here at the bar; now there's no more bar. Food is just ok. But the bufing girl is what you came for anyways, right? If you get straight through,... More

The trip to La Bufadora was adequate...the tour guide was superb and the driver was safe. The actual blowhole was a bit unspectacular. I did enjoy the flea market adjacent to La Bufadora...there were great buys and lots of locals. Make sure that you barter...great deals!

We went to La Bufadora because it was ranked #1 thing to do in the area, but it was disappointing and way too crowded. I wouldn't go unless you have an extremely high tolerance for large crowds. You also have to make your way down a long row of shops to get to the actual attraction, which is exhausting since... More
