Given that their are many other vantage points from which to view Sydney Harbour and its iconsm this is one lookout that dissapoints rather than leaving the viewer gasping for breath (other than from the climb up). The track along the coast has been improved...More

Stunning views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House from a small patch of green on the Kirribilli foreshore. No facilities and very limited parking mean the best access is via ferry from Circulay Quay, but worth the trip for a casual afternoon picnic.

Few people know about it so that's a huge plus - quiet and peaceful and wonderful views of the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and the CBD, normally you could be by yourself but unfortunately it will be packed on NYE so the solitude will disappear.
