An impressive collection of military vehicles, and just about the best collection of uniforms of most of the WEII combatant Nations I have yet to see ( although very little on Italy and nothing at all from Japan ? ) The biggest disappointment regarding this...More

We arrived on a very wet Sunday looking for something to entertain 3 children. MM museum is a godsend. The uniforms and weapon collection fascinated the boys, and my daughter became more interested in the history. The vehicle collection is extensive, and even includes an...More

Good display of military memorabilia, as well as a boat in its own dock. Many of the items on display are not labelled or are in French only. There is a good restaurant and play area for children, which adults can use as well.

Comprehensive displays of uniforms. Unfortunately they are not labelled but the museum is new so this will no doubt be addressed in future. The mannequins are life like and individuals. Vehicle exhibition is vast. Good overview. The assault course is a young person's dream and...More

Great display of WW2 military veichles, uniforms and tanks. Even has a boat which is in its own dock. There is a very interesting display about the Sussex mission. Well priced cafe within the museum.

Took my 10yr old there and we were blown away. Incredible collection and so well done. The uniform collection is huge and fascinating (although for this ex Aussie Digger the Slouch Hats were round the wrong way). Anyway, a fantastic museum and would go again,...More

This little known museum has the most incredible display of WW2 tanks, personal carriers, trucks, uniforms etc that I have ever seen. Only downside is that not all display placards are in English or German but hopefully this will be addressed to allow those who...More

I took my boys, age 3 and 6, whilst Mum was shopping in Strasbourg. They loved it. There is a quite sophisticated play area/basic restaurant at the end, which is more catered for older children: - climbing area, with proper harnesses, large, - simulation machine....More

This museum is worth the time and effort to go and see if you are interested in a large display of Military vehicles, arms, uniforms and other displays. Some displays interactively allow you photo opportunities for the young and, the young at heart. The vast...More
