We walked from Erlach along the isle all the way to the restaurant at the end where we had some lunch and then caught the ferry back to Erlach. A lovely day out in nature. Recommended (although the ferry prices are a bit steep).

the road to the island is a long one, you really become super-tired if you're not fit, and then you're there and there is not much to see.
