We went to kukke on the way back from Dharmasthala in the evening. Kids were excited to see the temple elephant. We enjoyed the dharshan and the trip.

I visited temple on weekends... Temple is good and had good darshan... Before entering to the temple, please get ticket for prasadam and immediate darshan - 100 Rs if you want to skip the big queue.

This is an ancient temple that has been well maintained and also new structures have been added. There is also a nice children's park adjacent to the temple where children and adults can have a good time.

The office usually closes by 9pm, by the time you arrive the temple office is early morning or late night, you have to wake up someone / staff as they will be sleeping, show your booking / puja details if there is room... More
