Ir a Taramundi y no visitar una cuchillerĆa, es como no ir, y al ser temporada baja no todos estĆ”n abiertos, pero en este caso si. Llegamos nos dijeron que pasasemos y que tuviĆ©semos cuidado como es lĆ³gico, ya que estĆ”n fabricando productos que cortan, y luego nos dieron opciĆ³n de personalizar desde las navajas hasta los cuchillos de cocina, algo que nos llamĆ³ la atenciĆ³n y no dejamos pasar y llevar algĆŗn recuerdo personalizado. Mientras que fuimos a visitar unos molinos y comimos, ya nos tenĆan listos los encargos, y la chica nos trato como si nos conociese de toda la vida y eso es de agradecer, no nos vio como unos que vienen a dejar algĆŗn euro al negocio.

Visitando hace un aƱo Taramundi y sus alrededores, en la visita de una fabrica de navajas y cuchillos a su salida tenian la tienda. Nos decidimos por comprar como recuerdo un cuchillo de cocina pequeƱo para ponerlo en uso. Pues bien, un aƱo despues se ha partido sin hacer ningĆŗn esfuerzo sobrehumano en el. Pensamos que adquiriamos calidad y desde luego ha demostrado no tenerla. Una lastima. Adjunto fotos para que veais por donde partio la pieza por lo endeble en su construcciĆ³n.

Ese cuchillo que ha puesto no pertenece a nuestro taller. Nuestro logo es el nombre de Taramundi en la hoja como el que aparece en nuestro cartel de entrada, con una especie de C que es la punta de un cuchillo que mucha gente identifica como una c, pero en realidad es un dibujo. Ayer visitĆ© con un colega el taller de cuchilleria de taramundi, ojo, no confundir con el museo de la cuchilleria de pardiƱas. Un trato excelente, bien explicado los procesos de las navajas asĆ como los materiales que se usan. En el taller se exponen varios tipos de piezas, cuchillos de cocina, de monte, navajas sencillas, tradicionales, mas elaboradas... Mucha variedad.A buen precio y de buena calidad, dado que usan los mejores aceros para cuchillerĆa. Totalmente recomendable asĆ como el pueblo en si.
