The live demonstration(in spanish) on how to make a knife was very cool and the lady explained the steps very well. Try to go during the hours they have the live demonstration. The museum itself is small and average Note that the knives (the cheap ones below €80) they sell at

This is a quirky rural museum dedicated to the tradition of knife making in the area of Taramundi in Asturias. The displays are all in Spanish, but it is worth a visit even if your Spanish is, like mine, rudimentary. The giant knife sculpture outside makes an interesting photo
