Too much of logistics with a 5 months old baby and that too in extremely cold weather. The itinerary should be shortened to Delhi - Shimla - Manali OR Delhi - Dharamsala - Dalhousie (Khajjiar, Chamba). If possible, postpone the tour to March, that would be comfortable for the baby. However, the hotels are of low-end budget category. AshisRoy
