We signed up and paid for an 1.5 hour ATV tour, but in total we only spent about 45-50 minutes riding the ATVs. Started the tour 15 minutes late, and had an unnecessary extended snack break for 30ish minutes. All in all disappointing and lame. They took a long time to get set up when we first arrived, and it... More

I booked the Bear Cub Tour and it was perfect for me! I hadn't driven an ATV in 20 or more years so it was something just to remember how to drive. Ron and his wife were very friendly and helpful, I appreciated hearing some of their knowledge about the surrounding area. The tour itself was beautiful. I can't get... More

I'm a returning guest of Ron's and will continue to go back each year for a new adventure. First off, I am envious of the gorgeous property Ron and his family have, tucked away on the mountain side. From start to finish you'll feel welcomed and well taken care of. Each tour I've been on has been a memorable lifetime... More

Thanks, it was a fine ride ; 206 km through a wild forest, three lakes and an old village at the top of the Shuswap River and one of my favorite days of the summer. More

This was a first for our family of 3 and it is definately a "do-over". Ron is so friendly and safety orientated so there was never any question of following him through the trails in the woods - even when the cow stood to great us driving by lol! Ron and his wife are very welcoming! You have to do... More

Never drive ATV in my life. I found Ron at Big Bear to help me. I've had 4 hours of fantastic experience! Different trails and picturesque views! On top of all that we've met a baby bear :) Thank you for such a day.

Our experience initiated here on trip advisor, a search for a atv tour landed me on one of the comments below. The website told me there was also the ability to park your rv for the night, in our case it fitted our needs, no need to search for a camping and have a wonderful time in the mountains. As... More

We were two English lads looking for abit of adventure, adrenaline and sight seeing and Ron certainly didn't disappoint. We bought the 5hr Brown Bear tour and the whole trip was challenging and exhilarating with some breathtaking views. Ron himself was extremely friendly and talkative, he kept us well fed and entertained with some brilliant stories. We would recommend this... More

My wife and I have our own ATV and requested a guided ATV tour in the Lumby area. Ron at Big Bear obliged and charged a reasonable rate. Ron took us out on a variety of trails from forestry roads to wooded trails and trails along powerlines. We visited several lakes and enjoyed the scenic views and had a nice... More
