I didn't know this place existed but it was part of a 'secrets of Mallorca' Tui trip. It's the only aloe Vera plantation on Mallorca and is something different to the usual tourist things. You can go without a trip, but I'm not sure if you can have a guided tour of the field like we had. Informative talk from the guide about growing aloe Vera, and we were shown how they get the gel that's used in products. The shop has 2 product ranges, 1 more affordable and 1 more luxury, so different pockets can afford things.

Visits to the farm are free. The tour of the fields are quickly done. It's a selfguided tour where you can read and get educated on Aloe Vera, and at the end buy different products or plants. Staff are friendly and can guide you on buying. They even accept credit cards.
Everything can be done in 30-45 minutes.

Being a naturopath and user of aloe vera, I wanted to discover this production farm and buy some products. When we arrived, a gentleman greeted us and I presented myself to have precise information. We realized that it was not very welcoming and sent us immediately outside for the tour of the plantation. When I asked him when I went back into the shop what product they were treating their aloes with, he was suddenly nervous and I understood that for him, this product was obviously approved for organic farming, as their website and the sign at the entrance of their farm affirms, with the European organic farming logo prominent. However, after looking at the products on display in the shop, I see that no logo is on the packaging when it should be there. So I turn to the same seller who answers me very dryly that his boss says that it is not necessary to affix the logo. So we leave the premises and find crossing the threshold of the farm that this gentleman, very angry, tears up their prospectus that I had given him back. We were happy to visit this farm whose praises on their site, had conquered us. Unfortunately, we are deeply disappointed with the hospitality and professionalism of the property. We must ask ourselves questions...

These people really know their stuff and they are really happy to share their knowledge with you.
They are quite happy to take you for a tour of the property and answer any questions you might have or simply leave you to discover it in peace.
Of course, everything is set up around selling and the products are not cheap, but they are high quality products and they really do work.
I would certainly recommend a visit to this place.
Here's my top tip: if you just want the aloe Vera gel in its purest form, you can buy it cheaper at Müller and the quality is the same.

After going on a visit in September I cam home and decided to order some products. Its 2 months ago now and I have not seen them. They have ignored many e mails but on one occasion they said some one tried to deliver them and I was not in. I did not have a card or anything to say they had been. Now I have said I would like a refund, they again are refusing to answer my e mails though I did get one and they are saying its my fault.
