After going on a visit in September I cam home and decided to order some products. Its 2 months ago now and I have not seen them. They have ignored many e mails but on one occasion they said some one tried to deliver them and I was not in. I did not have a card or anything to say they had been. Now I have said I would like a refund, they again are refusing to answer my e mails though I did get one and they are saying its my fault.

Visits to the farm are free. The tour of the fields are quickly done. It's a selfguided tour where you can read and get educated on Aloe Vera, and at the end buy different products or plants. Staff are friendly and can guide you on buying. They even accept credit cards. Everything can be done in 30-45 minutes.

These people really know their stuff and they are really happy to share their knowledge with you. They are quite happy to take you for a tour of the property and answer any questions you might have or simply leave you to discover it in peace. Of course, everything is set up around selling and the products are not cheap, but they are high quality products and they really do work. I would certainly recommend a visit to this place. Here's my top tip: if you just want the aloe Vera gel in its purest form, you can buy it cheaper at Müller and the quality is the same.
