Had an amazing one day tour of Mt Fuji and then the Hakone national park. Pick up from most hotels and then transfer at bus station. Everything was organised great and bus was comfy (with wifi) on 2 hour drive to Fuji. Tour guide (Ellie) was brilliant. Knowledgable, funny and perfect English. Explaining history of Japan, some culture twists of... More

We had a full day tour of Tokyo and it was just so fast paced our heads were spinning! I would not do this tour if you are a slow walker or hard of hearing because you would miss so much. Good if you have limited time and want to see as much as you can.The restaurant for lunch was... More

I had a two week stay in Japan in October and scheduled multiple tours with JTB. Tokyo City Tour is an awesome way to get a breif lay of the land. You get to see lots of the big landmarks and visit a few too. Nikko was a very nice, relaxing ride. The lunch that was included was very tasty... More

So, I don't normally do anything like this but I was short on time and really wanted to get out to Mt Fuji and ride a bullet train... The tour was great, it was a typical guided coach tour in the sense that you are a bit of a sheep and have to be in places at certain times. That's... More

This is our second family trip to Tokyo and we ran out of time to see Mt Fuji last time. The Fuji trip was a must-do this time and we had the best possible full day tour of all time with JTB Sunrise. As with most tours we were a bit apprehensive about foreign tours but we had the best... More

Pick up point was from Keio Plaza Hotel Shinjuku at 8:30AM. But prior to getting in the tour bus, we have to check-in for our attendance to the tour. Blue JTB stickers were given to us and few instructions by the tour guide. Our tour guide was very pleasant and accommodating. Since it's a long drive, she gave us a... More

Bus trip to Mt. Fuji, with hotel pick-up and return by Bullet train. Tour included a stop at Mt Fuji fourth station, a 30 minute boat ride, a cable car ride, and lunch. Take (rhymes with sake) was our guide, and very accommodating. He made sure that we knew when we were due back on the bus, and how to... More

We specifically booked this tour to see Mt. Fuji and surrounding area. Hotel pick-up was on time and quickly whisked us away to a downtown central tour bus terminal where everyone comes together and gets sorted into buses depending on what tour you are taking. Seems chaotic but they do this daily and the staff were quick and knew there... More

Sunrise Tours Kyoto, Japan 1-day tour: I was very hesitant to do a bus tour because my idea of embarking on a site with a couple of dozen other tourists seemed like an in-authentic way to view culture. However, I knew that without a lot of time, I needed a way to see a lot in a convenient and efficient... More
