Navigating Japan’s public transport system can often be a daunting task. Let a guide do the work for you on this tour of Mt. Fuji and Lake Ashi by coach and bullet train, which saves you hours in travel time. Ascend to the Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station; ride on the Komagatake Ropeway, one of Japan’s highest aerial tramways; and take a cruise on Lake Ashi, part of Hakone National Park.

I booked Miwa's vegan Japanese cooking class for a 1:1 and it exceeded all expectations, it was excellent! Miwa came to my home in central Tokyo and brought all the ingredients and we prepared a variety of tasty vegan dishes together. Miwa is very knowledgeable, an amazing cook and I learned so much. She also gave me a supermarket tour which was incredibly helpful in identifying all the different Japanese products and answering my questions. I will definitely book another cooking session with Miwa again.

Miwa is a fantastic cook and is very fun to talk with. If anything good has come from the pandemic its that she is now offering online cooking classes that would never have been available before! I took a class for making a vegan tofu dish and it turned out perfectly. I would absolutely recommend her class to anyone. She offers a lot of variety and really helpful cooking tips. I can't wait to go to Japan and take the in person class too!

Fabulous Ramen cooking class with my friends! Mi-wa makes it super easy to learn. I now feel confident I can make Japanese Ramen like I find it in many great restaurants. With the right sauces and toppings, It's very easy. We scheduled a private class with 4 people and then had a delicious lunch of gyoza, Ramen made with chicken broth and topped with stewed pork shoulder, corn, soft boiled egg, and seaweed. I topped mine with chili oil. Highly recommend her classes to learn authentic Japanese food.

I highly recommend Miwa’s cooking class. She is so lovely and easy to talk to. She takes the time to explain all the ingredients, how to prepare them and where to find them. Then she takes you through the food preparation step by step for all the dishes and the menus are absolutely delicious! I’m not sure I could pick a favourite, but I can’t wait to try what I made in her class myself at home. I would absolutely do more of her classes.

We are a family of 3, with a 4 year old son. We had great fun learning to make some sushi and other Japanese food. My son really enjoyed himself. Miwako the teacher is very patient with me as I have no idea how to cook at all. Miwako is very nice, friendly and courteous. The ingredients are fresh. It is a very meaningful family activity and I highly recommend this “learn to cook“ experience.
