About
I am Ono Udon (stage name) who serves as a lecturer of udon cooking class. I work as a udon craftsman who specializes in business trips. Also, when making udon, the process of making udon is called "udon performance" by performing it like percussion along with music. New occupations are increasing in Japan, and I have also created new jobs. At the same time, I pass udon to many people everywhere without having a shop to preserve the traditional techniques of handmade udon in Japan for posterity. So far, we have performed at FUJIROCKFES and NY Empire State Building. I also teach Japanese noodles at a Japanese language school in Japan. I wanted a lot of people to make udon, so I also created a workshop specializing in making udon. There is no udon shop. It is the only workshop in Japan where anyone can beat udon with craftsman's tools. We make dough from flour for exclusive use of udon and step on and extend. When eating, only Japanese toppings are used at home, so you can also experience Japanese food culture. The instructor is not good at English, but speaks in Yamato soul. I love Japanese history, samurai, anime, manga, and sake.

My brother and I had an incredible time learning how to make udon at this class! The instructor gave step-by-step instructions and we had a ton of fun along the way. Would definitely recommend this class to anyone traveling to Tokyo!

Thank you for participating in the udon experience.
At first I was sorry that I misunderstood as a couple.
But both of them were very fun and made udon well, so I was able to teach udon making very fun.
There are still a lot of deep experiences in Japan, so when you come to Japan, try some unusual experiences.
Thank you very much.
