I was keen to visit as I wanted to purchase some Kato starter kits and track to begin a setup for my kids. My two boys (6 and 3) already love model trains, so figured the displays alone would occupy them. I am so glad...More

The Kato shop was amazing. It is a spacious showroom with many very large model railroad tracks. There is also a store with their latest products. If you buy something for 500 yen minimum, it allows you to use the train tracks for 30 minutes...More

If you're into Kato or thinking about it, then you've just got to come here. Unlike the hobby shops in Akihabara, this Kato showroom displays and sells all Kato stock plus other related items. Located amongst narrow houses and narrow streets, Left me wondering how...More

Racing against the clock to get from the airport to here before closing time was well worth the effort. The range of models on display and up for sale was huge and at a reasonable cost. The dioramas were great to watch as multiple trains...More

Awesome diorama at the front, and a huge selection of trains, more than others in Akihabara. Must visit for sure.

I went there to get the Kato Unitram set, since it was sold out everywhere and I wanted to see the shop anyways. They have pretty much anything a Kato enthusiast or any other model train fanatic needs. Lots of trains(Obvious) and accessories. They also...More
