We booked a driver/transport with the company for our family of 5, which included an elderly mobility challenged person. Our itinerary was Osaka to Kyoto which is not the most elderly friendly city with a lot of walking. We appreciated the flexibility of a private van to drop us off/ pick us up at our convenience, which is important as our elderly mum got tired easily. We engaged Chinese speaking drivers for the benefit of our mum. Our drivers/guides were very accommodating and helpful. One even helped us carry the foldable chair for mum. When we requested the van for airport transfers/ferrying luggage, and switching to the more comfortable Alphard for the day tours in Kyoto, the company acceded to our request. James was very responsive with the emails prior to the trip. Only suggestion is perhaps they can help recommend hotels/ Kyoto itinerary for us, which will save us a lot of research. We would use their service again if we go back.

I used them to book hired chauffer drivers to take my family of 7 around Kyoto and Himeji Castle. I also used them to for airport transport. Basically 2 full day tours, 2 airport and 1 train station transports. Both William and Lydia were VERY professional and responsive. VERY GOOD to work with. Best communication I have experienced from a travel agency. Everything went well! There was one slight issue with a miscommunication with one of the drivers (we wanted to stop off for dinner in a city that was not on the initial schedule, but was on the way back to our AirBnB. The driver was going to charge us more because it was not on the initial itinerary, but it was within the allocated 10 hours for the day AND was not out of the way). Lydia from Japan Holiday was able to resolve the issue without us incurring any additional charges. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were schedule to depart for Japan on 06OCT2022 after having to cancel 2 other bookings within 3 years because of Covid. Japan announced that they would be opening up on 11OCT2022. We could not change our dates so now we needed an ERFS certificate to travel for the 4 day period between 06OCT and 11OCT. I contacted many Japanese travel agencies including Japan Holiday regarding the certificate and only James Yamamoto of Japan Holiday responded positively to my request. We turned our itinerary over to James, who proceeded to arrange for our certificate and within 2 days including working over a weekend, James had completed our certificate so could apply for our visas. The service we received was impeccable, prompt and courteous. Every aspect of our trip went like clockwork. I cannot say enough good things about Japan Holiday, the service we received and especially James efforts. Thank youi James for saving our trip and making it so easy.

Japan Holiday Transport.
We booked several transfers within Japan, Firstly from the Airport to our accommodation in Tokyo and then to and from Hakuba.
Their buses and bus drivers were always on time and comfortable for our party of 13 people + luggage
Lydia from their office was always polite and she also responded within 24 hours.
Trustworthy company with local knowledge.

My family of a total of 14 joined Japan Holiday for 2 day trips in Yokohama and Kamakura. James had been communicating with me, throughout my booking to our journeys he provided excellent service to ensure we have an enjoyable vacation. Mr. Wong, our chauffeur was very attentive and helpful, he ensured we got the right hotel address to drop us off. We would recommend Japan Holiday and definitely will book with them again for our next Japan trip.

Despite the last minute booking over the weekend for our business trip to Tokyo, James from Japan holiday responded swiftly and assigned a Chinese speaking driver for the group. The driver assigned, Mr Lui was very reliable and accommodating to a number of changes we made during our two days business trips where we had back to back meetings and visits. The car provided was also spacious and clean so it was a great trip. Will definitely use their service again.

Instead of "any limousine service"; we've booked Japan Holiday with Mr. James who happened to be very responsive and always tended to the needs of the passengers. He'd advised us on our plan as we'd like to spend a few hours in Narita town before flying off from Narita airport. The vehicle and the driver were good. Best is what has been "arranged" by Mr. James. When possible I'll always choose Japan Holiday

We booked a 2-day tour for the driver-only, picking us from the airport early morning the first day for a full day Tokyo. Then the next day we went to Mt Fuji. Loved the convenience and it is actually lower cost than the other options because we had 10 people. James is wonderful on the Japan side, and so as William on the States side. Thank you.

Our family has used this service for the third time, and every time we have been very impressed.
James gave advice and helped to complete our travel trips to be more than perfect. Without trying to sell or add unnecessary things, he helped us prevent weaknesses instead.
Next time when we go to Japan and want to use the car service for family travel, of course, we will choose this company first.

We were looking for a private driver and van for our family of 8 for a day trip outside of Tokyo. Japan Holiday was fantastic! James was very responsive with his emails and our driver was extremely professional and courteous. The van was spacious, clean and comfortable. It definitely was a highlight of our trip! Highly recommend this company if you need their services.
