Beware of this operator. If you are late for your tour you will lose your money and they will make no effort to help you, even if you offer to pay extra. We arrived 20 minutes late for our booked foodie trip in Osaka (due to a misread tube map and a useless, GPS-less taxi driver). We emailed MT and asked if we could go the following evening (our last in Osaka). We got no reply so we turned up on the off chance (cutting short a day trip to Nara) in hope - my wife really wanted to do this tour. Only two other customers arrived, along with the tour guide. We explained the situation to her and offered to pay any and all additional surcharges, fees, costs, etc. My wife even offered to pay the whole cost again (which I thought was excessive). The other customers wanted us on the tour, as did the tour guide. But the office, who she was on the phone to, wouldn't budge. So they got our money, we got nothing. In subsequent email exchanges they talked about their "rules". But this was just an inflexible, heartless attitude. It would have cost them nothing and made all the difference to us.
