The area

Address
Neighborhood: Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast, Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool. At the Museum of Yebisu Beer you can learn about the beer that was responsible for the town’s name, and enjoy dining at the popular noodle shops in the surrounding area.

The staff who works there can speak well English, friendly, very helpful and good patience to solve all my problem. They know I can't speak Japanese, so they help me to take all the call and reserve the restaurant for me. They make my good day/good experience /good memories in Japan. I do appreciate it and thankful.

I went into the store coincidentally during my trip to Meiji Shrine in Tokyo. At that time, I could not find the way to go to the shrine after I got off from the Harajuku Station of Yamanote Line. I was lucky to find this store and asked the direction, otherwise, I would have kept walking in the wrong direction. The staffs there were very nice and it was decorated nicely. They sell many local souvenirs there and also provide different kinds of tours including one day experience to Samurai and local Ramen shop. I purchased the three day subway pass there.

Thank you very much for visiting us, and your review! It is our pleasure to hear that. Souvenirs that we are selling are the top-selling souvenirs at the airport actually. We hope we can see you again!

Coming from Europe, a Japanese Onsen can feel a challenge - but don't be deterred. The staff here speak good English, explain where to go, what to do. I enjoyed the various different bathing experiences, and then paid for a 30 minutes vigorous scrub and massage session after. I highly recommend it all. I felt refreshed and invigorated when it was all over.

I walked to the information centre as they had a poster for a teacup poodle café there. It was 1k yen for 40mins + 1 drink for child. I purchased it thinking it's a good deal. When we went to the café, it was a small bare room with a few customers and each of them had a poodle on their lap. That's it. there were only a few small poodles and you had to wait for them to get off someone's lap. I feel it's a rip-off for that and I don't think a tourist information centre should be promoting that café.

I love the fact that the officers or the volunteers here are so friendly and helpful.

The first time I came to Tokyo, Japan, I wasn't very well-prepared. I came here to get the map, ask around and get more information about places I can visit within my limited time frame. They also have cute, free origami for you to take :). They have my brochures as well and they speak good English as well.

Very impressed with the service and the patience to explain everything slowly and in clarity. People there speak English !!!! This is a big plus considering we have had some frustration trying to communicate at Hotel reception and Restaurants.

This place is in-front of HARAJUKU station takeshita exit. Just have to cross the road and Information center is on you left hand. As the name said they offer free travel information about Travelling in Japan. Even if you don`t speak japanese they have English speakers along with Thai, Hinidi, Italian, French etc. The shop looks so cute with its traditional ambiance. You will feel like come to an old Japanese shop. They offer money exchange service, wifi /simcard rental, luggage storage even hotel, air ticket and optional tour reservation too. They have so cute souvenir section and you will absolutely wanna buy.

We went to H.I.S. Tourist Information Centre at the end of Takeshita Street which I'd head had good deals for discounted tickets. We enquired about getting tickets for the Robot Restaurant, but we found cheaper tickets online. They were however able to get us tickets for a longer time that usual at a hedgehog, otter and chinchilla cafe. I wasn't sure what a chinchilla was at first, but when I saw a photo I thought they were adorable so we decided to give that a go (however the cafe didn't end up having chinchillas, which was a bit disappointing).

Thank you so much for your review! Hope that you had an unforgettable time in Japan. Animal cafe is one of our most popular tours at Harajuku. We're so sorry that you couldn't end up having chinchillas, Normally, the cafe shop will have hedgehog, otter, chinchilla as well, they're business with the cafe shop and for sale the animals so that sometimes, there will be no chinchilla or otter at the shop. We hope to get your understanding. We're looking to seeing you again at Harajuku TIC. Always welcome to Japan ! Arigatou-gozaimasu. Best regards,
