Reviewed 2 weeks agoInteresting place combined with great beer. I couldn't join the tour because they only have it in Japanese language. However there a cafe where you can enjoy the beer and some food at the of your visit. It's recommended.

Lovely building with a nice layout & design. Personally very much don't like beer but did enjoy reading about the history of the beer and seeing some pictures and models. Nice tasting area for those who like beer (most people who go to a beer museum!). Nice activity
Simple, small and great museum. Possibility to eat and drink beer. Very nice environment. Great for 1-2 hours visit.

A great little museum beer near Mitsukoshi Department Store in Ebisu Garden Place. You can find memorabilia of Sapporo Beer, a refinery was once right in this site area, and sample great Japanese brew. Please sell me one of those historic "happi coats."

Yebisu Beer is a famous Japanese beer brand. The museum was built based on the historical complex. Visitors can learn more about the history of the brand; its factory and modern brewing technology. If you know Japanese, you can also join the workshop inside the museum.

The visit is only about the history of yebisu beer, you will not learn anything about beer craft. If you want see a good and real beer museum then visit the Kirin Beer Museum. It's much bigger and completely free including beer tasting.

It is a well laid out and good looking museum tracing the history and promotingYebisu beer.It is on the lower level behind the Mitsukoshi Department Store in the Ebisu Garden place five hundred meters from Ebisu Station (Yamanote Line). It is free although there are paid tours which include beer tastings.
