Very very lovely small sakura place in Tokyo. It's famous for japanese singer but here is very historic place. I recommend Mitsuzouin Temple, near by Sinkansen superexpress way. There is light-up in night and I would say this is hidden gem in Tokyo. If you visit Tokyo around Mar-28 to 5-Apr, you must go.
There is small river(Rokugo yousui canal) and big river(Tama-River), Very nice hanami-place either.

This quiet neighborhood was made popular by a pop song some years ago, and I am not sure the fame justifies the modest nature of the cherry blossom offering which appears in late March. Yet as a local, I can attest to the pretty blossoms and quaintness of the neighborhood which lend themselves to a slow drive with a date. Even without a date, Sakurazaka will make a contribution to a weekend drive through the Denenchofu area during the Spring.
