Came in and everything was closed it was only 2200hrs. Airport was empty due to COVID but it still was not a good experience with everything closed. Had no choice in coming here but it was an experience non the least. We came we saw and we flew on.

Flew from Haneda at a time when there was onpy two outbound flight the whole day. Most shops and restaurant were closed, but we managed to get some tasty kobe beef burgers.

Haneda airport was so easy to get around. The staff in customs were friendly. There was so many fun shops as well as designer shops. The food court was incredible so many different options and by fair the cleanest one I have been too. The whole airport is perfectly clean. The bathrooms by far the cleanest public washrooms I have ever been to. Even their smoking rooms are very nice and there were so many of them (Im not even a smoker). They have airport hotels available in the actual terminals which is very handy. Free Wifi worked great and lots of Massage chairs that cost very little to use. I think is would be my favourite airport out of all of our travels.…

Haneda was easy. Customs went smoothly, and the train stops at the international terminal. I found the train experience efficient, I was at my destination within an hour.

Usually when I fly to Tokyo I fly into Narita. This time as the fares where cheaper to Haenda we decided to take a flight there. Very nice airport. Easy to get to much closer to central Tokyo. Not sure why I havent flown here before. I will definitely use this airport next time…
