It's a theme park within the city with rides and a bit of nature in it. There are animals to play with, an Insectarium and lots of flowers. Not so big yet nice for the kids.

I stay in Nerima-ku so I find this place extremely convenient and my kids love to come here to swim and play in the water park. They have 25 slides spread across 6 pools!
