Free museum with lots of interactive displays! Who doesn't like that? Nearly all in Japanese though. I don't speak or read Japanese but there was still enough to keep me engaged for 50mins or so. Good place for kids too.

NHK is just another fun park to visit. They even have a studio for you to broadcasting for fun, so your friend can actually record from the side.
