I would not recommend. First off it cost a whopping 22,000 yen for one person. Secondly, the actual exhibits are a real letdown. They have a couple of areas, but for the most part it are very small. Third point, is the ethics of it...More

I wasn't able to attend the park since i found out late that you must make a appointment before hand. However there are good signs pointing to the right direction and location. It's located near the Prince Hotel on Shinagawa.

Now I'm not a fan of dolphin shows per say especially knowing what I do about Japan and Taiji but I think times have changed and these dolphins seemed really happy, I'm hoping they were bred in captivity or rescued. That aside it was one...More

We were shepherded in and got tickets easily enough. The pirate ship at the start was very good compared to others I’ve seen. Most of the fish exhibits were ok. The penguin and mammal enclosures looked very cramped, probably ok in the 1950s but not...More

Shinagawa / Gotanda
In Shinagawa, an office district shares space with
luxury residential buildings and the scene is
constantly changing with rapid development. Ikedayama
park and Togoshi park are great places to see
beautiful traditional Japanese gardens with ponds, as
well as enjoy the changing seasons. Shinagawa was a
post and a port town during the Edo era and the lavish
old Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples at Shinagawa
