Roppongi is a hub for shopping and fashion. It is also the "go-to" place for stars from the US and around the world. High Rises abound, security buildings are the norm. This is where you will find the Four Seasons and that type of hotel....More

Definitely an upmarket vibe just looking at the shops and restaurants. The Mori Museum is located here and was one of the sightseeing/ touristy things to do which we enjoyed the most, mainly due to the fact that the area was less crowded and hence...More

There's plenty of nightlife in Roppongi if you find yourself tired of the usual Shinjuku/Shibuya scene. Lots of restaurants, bars and a 24-hour Don Quixote for your midnight-shopping needs. Roppongi Hills is pretty sweet too, with some high-end brand shopping and dining. The Hard Rock...More

If you prefer foreigner orieted entertainment and higher prices you are right in Roppongi. Of course, there are still some hidden typical Japanese restaurants and Izakayas but they are becoming less and less. repleced by Doner places, Italian pizzerias, shot bars and Pubs or any...More

There are lots of bars here but I eschew those. If you are a party person, always go clubbing with a friend or friends, there are reports of people alone being drugged, their credit cards stolen, and they are presented with a huge bar bill...More

There are various restraints and shops. But I think prices are higher than other town. But this town will entertain you. My recommend is the night Tokyo tower seen from this town is beautiful.

Not so long ago the Akasaka and Roppongi areas were
famous for their nightlife, high-class restaurants,
bars and clubs. More recently, with the opening of
Roppongi Hills, Tokyo Midtown and Akasaka Sacas, the
area has declared itself as the most fashionable spot
to be seen. The area also hosts the National Art
Center and the Mori Art Museum and lots of trendy art
galleries.
