Toshiryokka Botanical Gardens within Kiba Park is small but well tended and has a wide variety of horticultural plants. It's an excellent place to stroll around. The rest of the park has assorted facilities, plenty of room, and a spectacular pedestrian suspension bridge to cross the Sendabori river canal. Lots of Sakura.…

Nice place to go for a walk and do some quite reading. Perfect around well-trimmed trees and a nice flower garden. Happened to witness little school kids are doing their fire/earthquake drill evacuation to this park in an orderly and organized manner with their teachers.
