This is a surprisingly large park with tracks and places to exercise. It has a weird—obviously graft— giant foot bridge linking the two halves.

Toshiryokka Botanical Gardens within Kiba Park is small but well tended and has a wide variety of horticultural plants. It's an excellent place to stroll around. The rest of the park has assorted facilities, plenty of room, and a spectacular pedestrian suspension bridge to cross the Sendabori river canal. Lots of Sakura.…

Park for walking and jugging and rest with taking deep fresh air breath like being here in the evening and early morning

Nice place to go for a walk and do some quite reading. Perfect around well-trimmed trees and a nice flower garden. Happened to witness little school kids are doing their fire/earthquake drill evacuation to this park in an orderly and organized manner with their teachers.

It's very rate to find SAKURA in Tokyo during the February. However, if you get on a Metro in Tokyo and drop by Kiba Station, you will have grate view with SAKURA in winter winds.
