A bit dry and barren and grey. Can't see the attraction in February and its description as a water park is a bit of a mystery.

This park isn't big at all, but it makes up for it in beauty. There wasn't much water running through when we visited, but the sakura were absolutely beautiful. In fact, out of all of the places we saw sakura this season, this had to have been the most beautiful spot. When the breeze came through, it seemed like I was in a snowglobe, but it was sakura petals. The park is really beautiful and if you're stopping at Oji station, I would say make the short walk up the hill to see it. To me, it's worth it.…

This park runs paralell with a small creek that is quite well developed and is a pretty area. It is adjacent to the Asukayama Park which is much bigger over the river.It is only a short walk from Oji station over the creek and worth a look.

I recommend you that here is one of the best locating spots of Sakura trees! When high seasons of Sakura really a lot of tourist coming Sakura spots in Japan. Surely famous spots has a great Sakura. However, here is very quietly and I felt more Japanese spiritual mind.
