Phenomenal fresh strawberries (when in season) if the prices are exorbitant. The more modest priced strawberries are outstanding!

Where else can you get wonderful Soba/Udon, Sushi on 9-11th floor restaurants and then Dominique Ansel (yes the Cronut creator) on the Food Hall Floor (Level B1). Reminder you should't eat while walking or standing around. Best eating areas are on 9th Floor where people...More

The food market at the basement is a gourmand’s delight. Freshly prepared dishes to satisfy both sweet and savory cravings. There’s a lovely pet store at the rooftop where we were able to find a locally made leather collar for our Beagle.

small shopping mall... good interior like old style.... worth a visit if you are in that area... or you can skip without regrets... close to many small malls and good restaurants.

This is the original store for Mitsukoshi which began in 1673. It is two separate buildings and the architectural view from the street is stunning. You’ll see massive lion statues that flank the store's entrance which were installed in the early 1900’s. Soon to follow...More

This is a very old-fashioned department store, complete with white-gloved elevator operators. A lot of luxury brands have boutiques on the ground and first floors. Nothing much that one can't find in any large city around the world (and not really a bargain with the...More

Forget about the miniature sized version in Ginza, go to the real thing in Nihonbashi. Its a multi-story building with a giant atrium in the center, that covers two city blocks with a bridge over the street to its annex building. The basement floor of...More

I absolutely loved the food court in the store. There were so many variety of products including sweets, pastry, deli food and everything in between. The display and presentation of most all the products are impeccable, I wanted to buy everything. It's on the pricey...More

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over
a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury
boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular
