こちらは、御茶ノ水ソラシティの幽霊坂に隣接している複合施設でとても綺麗です。
オフィス、レジデンス、学生マンション、商業施設、コミュニティ施設（ホール、ギャラリーなど）で構成されており、前には、淡路公園があります。

月に2回のワテラスマルシェが楽しみ

毎月第1と第3金曜日に開催されているワテラスマルシェ。
最近出展者も増えているようで賑やかです。キッチンカーで買った料理を食べるスペースもあるようで、寒い冬でも安心ですね。
オススメは燻製屋さん。試食もあるのでお試しを。

社員とランチ後にマルシェ

淡路町で社員と潮で鶏白湯ラーメン食べた後に、ワテラスのマルシェを覗きました。

遠忠商店さんも出ていたので、社員のお父さんとお母さんに生のり佃煮、ちりめんオリーブ、たけのこご飯の素の3点1000円をプレゼント。

ついでに営業のうまいお母さんにミカンの試食もらったので、そのミカンも購入。

8月26（水）～27（木）17:00～21:30　ﾜﾃﾗｽ広場で”ﾜﾃﾗｽの夏祭り”があります

神保町古本屋街に行く際　ﾗﾝﾁとして妻と伴に訪れました。初めて訪れましたが　神保町・お茶ノ水ｴﾘｱには　どちらかと言うと　心を一息つけるような場所が無いように感じておりましたが　こちらを訪れて　考えが変わりました。　都内あちこちの高層ﾋﾞﾙｴﾘｱと同じく　高層ﾋﾞﾙが中心となっていますが、　流石に【ﾜﾃﾗｽ】との呼称を持つだけ　”緑と水”を高層ﾋﾞﾙと融合させているので　高層ﾋﾞﾙが視覚的に負担になりません。　本日訪問して（8/15)知ったのですが　8月26&27日17:00～21:30　こちらの【ﾜﾃﾗｽ広場】にてﾜﾃﾗｽの夏祭りが開催されます（添付　写真参照）。　次回の訪問は　この夏祭りを考えています。

今回初めて楽しみましたが　こちらでは《WATERRASの夏祭り》として　ﾜﾃﾗｽ広場で開催（2023年；8月24&25日、　ﾊﾜｲｱﾝｽﾃｰｼﾞ《ﾊﾜｲｱﾝｼｮｰとｳｸﾚﾚﾗｲﾌﾞ》）があり、屋台も出店し　夏の一夜が過ごせました。こちらのﾎｰﾑﾍﾟｰｼﾞを閲覧すると　季節季節で　種々ｲﾍﾞﾝﾄが開催されているようなので　時々ﾁｴｯｸされることお薦めします。

ＪＲ御茶ノ水駅はリニューアルが進み、エスカレーターやエレベータが出来ました。残念ながらワテラス側ではありません。恒例の４月末のジャズフェス、家族向けの企画も入って、よりファミリーのイベントになってきました。

この辺りでは貴重な大きなスーパー(オリンピック)が地下に入っています。9:00-21:00の営業で、スーパー内にはイートインコーナーもあるので買った惣菜など食べられます。
