The antenna shop is a tourist showroom- from selling regional goods to promoting tourism. Many of them are in this building. It seems tasting regional ice/soft creams has become 'the things to do'. Join the queue!
Went to this building especially for two purposes. Firstly for its many antenna shops where you can find local specialities from different prefectures in Japan. They also offer as tourism information for local Japanese. Secondly, from it's 3rd-floor garden, you can see Shinkansen (bullet trains)...More
If you're into bullet trains, there's is a nice outside terrace where you can sit, relax, and watch bullet trains go by. It's simply a nice free place to visit if you want to watch trains.
