5 kms in total, this is one of the most scenic running courses I have enjoyed in the world. It overlooks on one side the inner moat of the Imperial Palace and they historic Sakuradamon Gate. Very busy on weekends. You should run it counter-clockwise...More

This is an easy loop around the Imperial Palace. Many people walk or run on this loop for exercise. Nice views. Well maintained and clean.

Very popular running route around the Imperial Palace. Good views -- as long as you aren't looking at the road! I get fed up waiting at traffic lights when running the city streets -- so this is a great change. The course is ~5km and...More

Walk or run, a 5kms loop. This is one of the most beautiful runs in the world, at least in the world I've seen, which is much of it. Run counter-clockwise. You can shower in a neat place called RunBase a short jump from the...More

We as seniors walked this delightful 5km path. They suggest anti clockwise but we only saw the signs at the end having walked clockwise. Yes, in Japan you drive AND walk/run on the left! European & American visitors please take note. :). No traffic to...More

Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over
a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury
boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular
