It was a really good experience to make sushi by myself. Morris explained about Sushi and Japanese culture. His English was good, so everyone could understand. After his lecture, we made some kinds of sushi. I totally enjoyed this class! 日本人でもとても楽しめるお寿司の体験レッスンで役立つ知識を教えて下さり自分で作ったお寿司を堪能出来るとても素晴らしい経験となりました

Had a great time with Morris, learning sushi culture as well as several types of different sushi, and bits of trivia like why nigiri comes in pairs. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time with Nat and learned besides making sushi a lot about the culture by playing trivia. To sum up, it was fun and will come here definitely at my next visit!
