Good trip. We arrived at approximately 12 pm and made our way towards the entrance of the building. We bought our tickets for the cave tour, and spent some time wandering around the grounds while we waited for our tour to start. There was a small cafe, along with several vendors selling memorabilia right outside the entrance of the cave. Once it came close to our tour time, we lined up outside the entrance and waited to be let in. The tour guide did a great job narrating the history of the cave, along with pointing out several interesting cave features. The tour lasted roughly 30 minutes, and we stopped at different sections of the cave, while the tour guide provided us with fun facts of what we were seeing in front of us.
Tip: I recommend spending an hour here if you truly want to see everything.

The cave is small but very well exposed, with professional and friendly service of guides. The place has been growing over the years and the most important are further discoveries of the Neanderthal inhabitants' traces and coral reef traces confirming the fact that once the Świętokrzyskie region was flooded with the tropical sea. Generally an interesting and good place where I've been 3 times so far.

One of the most beautiful cave in Poland, worth seeing, just 11 km from Kielce. You can take a bus from PKP - bus station (only 3 zł p/p 🤑) and than walk approximately 500-600 metres.
The length of the tour is 180 m. the tour takes about 45 minutes. Visiting takes place under the supervision of a guide in groups of up to 15 people. Unfortunately, there are no descriptions in english which is a big disadvantage for foreign tourists.

The best cave system open for tourists in Poland. Great for a day trip for all age groups. A truly unique experience.

The 'Paradise Cave' is a wonderful place of a natural beauty where spectacular examples of stalactites, stalagmites and natural rock formations can be found.
The tickets are priced at 17zl Adult and 12zl Child and they have to be booked in advance in high season.
The tour lasts about 30-40min and is in Polish. It starts with a museum exhibits and history of discovery and a formation timeline.
Then it's time to enter the cave and that's breathtaking. The spotlights are positioned in just the right places and the guide highlights formations with a flashlight. What nature has created through thousand of years is very difficult to summaries in a few sentences...
The cave is located in the forest, away from the main road and communication links. So, please make sure you plan your return journey carefully.
The PKS coaches run only at certain times and mini buses may provide extra travel option. The walk through the country track from the cave to the main road takes about 15min.

A different kind of adventure, you can go back in time and see what the world looked like millions of years ago. The guide was very informative and as we went on a weekday there were only 3 other people with us. We were lucky to see a cluster of cute bats sleeping together! Fantastic experience, great for couples.

It is not suitable for young children, as they dont allow you to walk around in the cave. You only enter with a guide in small groups. The guide tells about the different formations (only in Polish) in different locations inside the cave. So you basicly have to stand quietly and listen. Walking around, touching or photographing is not allowed. Not recommended.

Travelling by route E77 (Warsaw-Kielce-Cracow) Y have "must-see" geological attraction: "Jaskinia Raj" available from local road 762 (yellow plate) close to crossroad "Kielce Południe", direction: Kielce. Situated in forest, several hundred meters from rote 762. From parking Y need walk 200 meters by nice greenwood.
It is really wonderful place of a natural beauty - real Nature miracle. 180 meters long underground route take us to the breathtaking netherworld of the stalactites, stalagmites, mysterious rock formations, small lakes etc. It is great and interesting trip for whole family. Which takes 40 minutes, starts in small museum.
One minus only: Y have to have reservation to visit "Jaskinia Raj". But Y can make a reservation easy on jaskiniaraj.pl

A few times a year (in June and September) the Cave organizes an evening / meeting with a caveman. It's an opportunity to meet a person representing neolithic habits and find out more about life in neolithic times. The show is combined with the visit at the cave as well as the neolithic centre and fire show.

+48 41 346 55 18
