Son and husband spent a good few hours marvelling at the alligators and large tortoises. A good afternoon spent exploring.

Yes its smelly but great for kids to see. Price wise it was about £50 for the family and there is a café selling butties although coffee is out of a vending machine. Kids can touch giant tortoises and there are plenty of reptiles in cages to look at. There is a gift shop at the end with some cheap... More

Not a bad visit here. Lots of lovely tortoise and turtle/terrapins. Snakes and other reptiles interesting and we'll cared for. Lots of crocs and gators, the albino gators were beautiful. Not a full day attraction but good for a couple of hours.

Fine if you like reptiles. Horrendous if not! Quite interesting to see the alligators but they didn't really move when we were there. The signs did state when feeding times occur so presumably if you can catch feeding, the reptiles nice more then. There are definitely loads of them - the smaller kids in our party were fascinated. The place... More

Without doubt the exhibits are excellent, the atmosphere created is respectful of the animals- but nota five star because it is really quite small. You have about an hour, two if you really marvelled over everything. We loved the tortoises, the snakes and the crocodiles. It is fun and a nice place, it just feels like half a zoo and... More

We visited on a rainy day with a 3, 12 & 14 year old. The younger one was in awe and loved being able to stroke the giant tortoise. Older ones liked the snakes and lizards. It was quite small, I think it took about 2 hours altogether but was well worth the trip. There are sooo many crocs and... More

Got there mid afternoon and it was not to busy, staff were excellent and the price was right for what it was (lots of reptiles and amphibians that obviously need upkeep) There is a part were the kids can climb through the exhibits, obviously with glass between them and the reptiles! The feeding times were a bit out, as we... More

We visited this on our last day of the holiday as a sort of farewell. I already read the reviews on tripadvisor and I can only concur with them. All the animals are well visible, viewable for kids and explanations are abundant. Only the alligator greenhouses have walls that are a bit to high for kids to see the animals... More
