One of the best days out around the New Forest: we all loved it here. They offer a ta he of pre-bookable water activities: kayaks. SUP, wakeboarding, open water swimming, 2 HUGE inflatable courses. We did wakeboarding and Posiedon inflatable course (only slight variation between the 2). Was sceptical about the cost of the activities (£20 each 1 hour inflatable, £35 for 15 mins wakeboarding) but can honestly say it was great value. Wakeboarding beginners need to go on the slow line and have a lesson from one of the resident wakeboarding superstars (Bailey I think he was called). He is fab with the kids and learners, really teaching and coaching them. We stayed on after our activities to watch others wakeboarding on the main track which had these crazy jumps and boy can some of those people pull some moves! It’s a really great place to hang out too, really lovely atmosphere; we stayed watching for 2 hours as it was such a lovely day. Can’t praise this place enough. Only wish that wakeboarding was available for my 8 year old; apparently this is due to COVID as they get in the water with the younger ones. Ok this isn’t a cheap day out but worth every single penny. Definitely coming back. Thank you to all the staff who were spot on with bookings and checking in activities etc.

We camped at New Forest Water Park the first weekend they were able to reopen following the Covid-19 restrictions having been lifted.
Credit must be given to all the staff and management for doing a most excellent job in providing a safe and friendly environment.
All the social distancing practices were in place and everyone knew exactly what they were doing. It was well organised, efficient and a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
We camped in the woods, swam in the lake and drank beer on the lawn whilst watching the wakeboarders do their thing.
It's a great spot and the camp fires are a bonus. We'll definitely come back.
Well done to all the staff for getting up to speed with the whole Covid guidelines. It's challenging but you coped with all the new pressures admirably. It felt like a normal camping trip.

We have been visiting this area for 15 years and only decided to drive into the water park three years ago and absolutely love the place.
This year my daughter and I took on the System 2 wakeboarding and single Kayaks.
The check in system was well managed with Covid precautions well in place and this year we had our own wetsuits, so once registered we were good to collect our helmets and jackets, inc in price, and head down to the wire.
This year Oscar was our wakeboarding instructor for the first week, and Amber was our instructor today. Both instructors made us more than welcome and in our opinion are a credit to the team as they ensured my daughter and I were looked after and encourage to try turns stage by stage.
I hope the owners of the water park collectively read this with the team and acknowledge the good work both Oscar and Amber are doing as we just can’t wait to come back next year and are now looking forward to getting on the main wire.
Good team effort all round, keep safe and thank you from Stuart & Sophie ✊

Having not only booked annual leave in order to be able to go to the New Forest Water Park for a birthday celebration, but also having driven for 2.5 hours to get there, we were called 20 minutes before our session was due to start (coincidentally, the same time we were pulling into the carpark as guests are told to arrive 30 mins early), to be told that our session had been cancelled due to high winds. Ironically, the winds were very low at the time but got much higher as the day went on... and the park was reopened once more. As we had already arrived we went to the staff to discuss what our options were following the cancellation, and there we were shut down completely from any discussion. Once the park was reopened the staff made absolutely no effort to try and accommodate us into a later session, (though the website states that should there be a storm sessions will be delayed until this passes and then resumed), they offered no form of compensation, or even a simple apology. The cancellation, though infuriating and apparently against the company policy listed on the website, would have been disappointing but acceptable, if the staff had been remotely considerate. However the reality was that the overruling attitude of all the staff was, "well tough!" There was a complete lack of acknowledgment, empathy, or even the slightest hint of effort to try and provide some level of customer service. An extremely disappointing experience and appalling customer service all round. If you are travelling from a distance I would not recommend booking for this unless assured excellent weather (hello, England), as no matter what the website says, you may end up high and...well... dry.

Just got back from a weekend here after my brother convinced me to give boarding a go. The staff are incredible, had a lesson with Ben. Then booked on the main cable probably a bit prematurely. However, Ben still continued to push me and encourage me, with others watching and my mates throwing insults at me like monkeys with poop. He kept giving small pointers and even got in the water to show me further. In such a short amount of time he manage to guide me into at least taking off from the main cable. The corners can come next time. But honestly, this place is brilliant, knowledgable staff are eager to help a novice and keen to push the more experienced to better & bigger boarding.

We cannot thank the staff enough for their service and reaction to an emergency on the Aqua Park. Within seconds a boat met us on the equipment and we were reassured and supported as we were taken back to shore where we waited for the emergency services.

Due to the nature of the injury we had to wait several hours to be moved from the boat to shore. In this time, the staff were brilliantly effective at making sure we were comfortable and safe as well as providing constant updates on the emergency services. They didn't leave our side until we were safely on our way to the hospital.

Although we were only at the park for a brief time, the service and support we gained from the staff was brilliant and we couldn't thank their team enough.

The aqua park course was great fun, a bit busy but that didn't impact us too much (we were quite a large group so making our way slowly round). Definitely a fun and recommended day out. I have done a similar course elsewhere which I found utterly exhausting but this one was less tiring, not sure if I was just better or more prepared, as it was still just as fun! I had rubber-soled swim shoes on too which I think helped a lot with grip. Others in my group were exhausted though so I think I was just lucky (I am really not very fit!)
The whole place was larger and busier than I was expecting, there were hundreds of people milling around for Friday 2pm! I was a bit surprised but it didn't put me off. We had some food at the bar too, burgers/hot dogs/chips/ice cream, just what you want at a place like that. You order at bar and then get buzzed when your food is ready.
I think the locker situation could be improved, maybe with a wristband system. I brought a numbered padlock with me for the lockers which I had read on the website, but others had to leave their belongings back in their car. If you do leave your car keys behind the bar (I didn't) I would hope there is a secure system for it but it all seemed a bit casual, so I'd recommend bringing a padlock with you as they were sold out of padlocks.

Amazing fun!!!! We arrived on site an hour early (website says 30mins early) and asked a member of staff what to do, they said to be in a certain place at the time of our slot..... we waited around and went there at the time - then to be told we had missed the safetly briefing, hadn't checked in and had to go back to the car to take all jewelry etc off - so we actually got on the course later than the session time which was annoying and just a lack or organisation!

An hour doesn't seem like long enough but it is when out there - had so much fun on the course and water warmer than expected. Water shoes 100% helped.

We will 100% be back, great day out!!

we went as a group of 4 x 30 year olds.

We nearly didn't turn up for our session because it was pissing it down with rain and due to covid we knew we couldn't rent wet suites and the changing rooms would be closed. We knew that cancelling the same day meant we wouldn't get any money back so thought what the hell and I'm so glad we did! It was so much fun and once we were out there we didn't even notice the rain (I would recommend wet shoes because it was slippery and people without them struggled on parts of the course). There were plenty of under cover areas to wait and get changed so we dried off the best we could and had a shower when we got home. We will definitely be going back and will not worry so much about the weather next time because it didn't ruin the day at all.

Average water park staffed unprofessional children and money hungry bosses.
Newly tarmacked carpark but it seems they have forgotten to do the road into the park. I think the surface of the moon is smoother. Totally ruins your first expressions.
Paying for parking is a scam, £1 per hour is reasonable but wasn’t expecting to get such a big fine. Parking over ran by 15 mins as we decided to get food at the site as picnics are not allowed even though there’s 10s of picnic tables. Following my visit I received a fine nearly 2 months later charging me £80 (reminder letter). I can confirm I did not receive an initial notice letter charging £50. Countrywide parking management contact services were utterly useless so have felt completely cheated by having to pay a £80 fine. Has ruined my experience at Newforest Waterpark. WOULD NOT RETURN!!!
