Had a quick visit to buy some wine, met Blanca, who gave us a great tour and explanation of the wines.
Great to see such passion and belief, bought 4 bottles. Would love to visit again for the tasting.

Went there again, and it was even better!

This time with a larger group, but they handled it perfectly. What an amazing family, with such passion for wine and people. If you are anywhere in Andalucia, you have to go there!

Amazing!

Fantastic wine made by passionate people. The Serrano family are artists with wine. It is a must go visit in Alcala la Real, and just to listen to Blanca Maria talk about their wine is enough to give you a "buzz".

Wine tour for four
May 2017 • Friends
We booked a time for the tour at their Wine Shop in Al Cala La Real town, the tour itself is free but obviously we couldn't just turn up at the Vineyard and expect to be shown around. We were knocked out by the tour itself, Wine making is obviously a family passion, the production equipment is state of the art, and all the differing areas within the Winery are absolutely spotless, you are walked through the whole process from building to building whilst having it explained to you, lots of time for questions, really informative. Afterwards there is a wine sampling with cheese and biscuits etc, again at no cost, several varying bottles of wine are uncorked freshly in front of you, and if you do not know the correct way to taste wine (I didn't) they give you a lesson, absolutely loved it. The Vineyard itself is set aside the old Watchtower for the Castle in Al Cala itself, stunning views and serenely peaceful, the friends we took loved it, you do have chance to purchase bottles at the end of the tasting, but you have to ask, there is no sales pressure. We have a house locally so bought several of the types we had preferred during the tasting, we are down to our last 2 bottles now, so "We'll be back" Seriously don't miss out, go enjoy this unique experience!!!

Excellent visit
Sep 2017 • Couples
We very much enjoyed our visit to the winery of Marcelino Serrano which is beautifully situated, located next to one of the characteristic watchtowers of the area. We were warmly welcomed and received an in depth explanation about grape varieties, the favourable growing conditions of the area and shown the whole process from grape to bottle ( in Spanish ). Our guide was passionate about the production of good wine. At the end of the tour we were given time to allow our senses to appreciate the various characteristics of some of the estate’s wines. A rewarding experience.

Jul 2013 • Couples
We met first at the shop next to Mercadona and then sopent a most pleasant couple of hours finding out about the production, history and of course tastes of these lovely local wines. Blanca is so passionate about her business which began from her father´s hobby.
