Secret beauty of alicante. We take a walk from the old city of alicante. With very typical house. There’s few bar nearby to take a drink. Better you go in afternoon.

If you are up for many stairs, this Barrio is one way to traverse the mountain walkways from Basilica de Santa Maria to Concatedral de San Nicolas de Bari. Be careful of the dog poop along the way.

This a delightful area of Alicante with picture postcard scenery, lovely colourful painted houses surrounded with flower pots. Definitely worth a visit and great views.

Alicante's most fascinating part of the old town, with well preserved traditional architecture, full of coloured flowers, lively people, a few terraces. Feeling of real Spain, whenever in time ... Lived there for a week in an airbnb holiday home and could have been there...More

Beautiful place. We had a rental apartment here for a week and this is truly the place to be in Alicante. Centre and the beach are only a few minutes away and the buildings are personal and authentic. 👌❤

There are plenty of hotels in Alicante in 5 minutes walk from the district. You can easily get from airport to the center of Alicante by taxi (10-15 minutes and around 20 euro) or by bus C-6 (20-25 minutes and 3.80 euros).
