Day Trip to Algar Waterfalls and Guadalest from Benidorm

153 reviews
A guided day trip makes it easy to visit the towns of Guadalest and Algar from Benidorm in just one day. Admire views from an air-conditioned coach during the drive, and then bypass crowded parking areas to start exploring during free time at each location. Discounted museum entrance fees and included entrance to the Algar Waterfalls add great value to this tour.

This was an ideal place to walk around during our visit to Alicante. It was a big marina with some magnificent yachts on view. The water was very clear and it was easy to see the fish below the surface, although I did not see many people fishing. A place to watch the sun go down.

Your holiday in Alicante should include a visit to the port. You can walk to the end of the pier which is a good walk and get a different perspective of the city from the waters side. Visit one of the many restaurants here which are very reasonably priced and enjoy the inner harbour and the many luxury boats. On leaving the port area consider a visit to the Museo the Ocean Race. You will not be disappointed even if you have no interest in the sea or boats.

Many vantage points to sit, sun, sip. A good place to walk and dream. Take a sail or just people watch.

Look into the water in the marina, and you'll see lots of different fish swimming along. Some people throw bread into the sea here, and that always attracts hundreds of fish of varying sizes. Around the Casino, there are several really good restaurants that are well worth the walk out to them, especially if you like a fresh fish meal.

This marina is so peaceful.Set very close to the hustle and bustle of Alicante city, and with an abundance of bars close by,this is an ideal place to stop off, have a glass of wine and take in all those wonderful yachts.
