Can't speak highly enough of this experience. This was our second flight with the company as I took my brother fir his 40th birthday and also my mother's birthday.
This is such a professionally run business, every single thing is so smooth and thought out.
From the booking on line till the food and certificate at the end. Everything is totally perfect and such an enjoyable experience.
I can't think of anything they could improve on. On top of this it's a family run business. They are Spanish but speak perfect English and also have an English sence of humor if that makes sence. It all just makes your day so good.
If your reading reviews thinking if you should book or not then do it. You will not be disappointed. As I said it's my second time and I've recommended 3 other couples that have all gone at separate times and absolutely loved it. Thank you for another great day and I wish you all the best with your business. You work so hard and it shows.

From the moment we arrived at our meeting point everything was so professional and we were made to feel we were in the care of top professionals. Nothing encountered throughout our experience deviated from that view. A thoroughly enjoyable and unique experience.

Aeroglobo provided an excellent service with great professionalism. My young daughter and myself had a very pleasant and safe experience with this adventure. I truly recommend AeroGlobo to all the locals and travelers coming to the region of Alicante to try. Thanks a lot to Jose Antonio and his team.

We were met on time at Marjal resort, catral. One party of guests were late. The 2 minibuses with trailers to transport us to the takeoff site were modern and clean. Very welcoming and friendly crew, plenty of staff to help and advise before the flight. No toilet facilities after leaving Marjal resort, be aware. This was a good and well organised experience, my husband loved it (it was bought as his 70th birthday present). I do not like heights so much but the flight is smooth and gentle, we could pick out our house in Dolores. We had an english speaking pilot with us all the time. Relaxed pace without pressure. Picnic lunch in the countryside after the flight was well catered and in a clean area with tables and benches. Opportunity to see film of the flight, available for purchase for just Eu 20.

An amazing experience from watching the balloon being inflated to helping packing it away. The team were professional and very friendly. Highly recommended

Did this together with my wife and my two (young) children - it was a unique, very pleasant and interesting experience. Everybody loved it, my boys included.
I highly recommend the balloon flight experience and the Aeroglobo team. Also, I need to mention our captain, Jose, who is highly skilled and made the ride even more amazing.

Aeroglobo is one of the nicest family-run business I’ve had the pleasure to encounter. They’ve been taking people on hot air balloon rides for over 30 years and their professionalism is evident in every aspect of the operation.
It was great fun being a part of the unloading, unpacking and getting the balloon ready to fly. Luis (Dad) and his sons gave good directions so we could help and be part of the setup, though it wasn’t mandatory to do so.
Everyone spoke English, and we had no difficulty understanding safety and other instructions or information.
The flight was wonderful, from lift off to landing. The only glitch on our flight was a threat of rain. Our pilot, Antonio, (with over 10 years of experience) explained his concern & routed us away from the weather as best he could. Safety was his main concern & we landed safely after a great flight (no rain after all). Our hot air balloon was practically new, having been recently replaced & looked great!
After we landed, we all helped pack up & put the equipment away before we went to a post flight celebration picnic. It was really enjoyable to be part of the complete process. The food was okay, champagne was served to toast our flight & a commemorative certificate given documenting the flight. A video of our flight was shown. They provide the video & still shots of the flight about 10 days after the flight and the video/photos are included in the price of the flight.
If you have not experienced a hot air balloon flight, I highly recommend Aeroglobo. They do an excellent job from start to finish. What a fun morning! (Photo during the initial inflation process).

I am from the UK and we arranged it through yumping. It wasn't easy but eventually we got there. Such a lovely company family run all pleasant and friendly. So from 7.15am on the Sat morning we went to a field help set up the balloon there was about 11 of us. Then setting off was good. It was a misty day but beautiful as not too warm. I think as it was misty we got about 800metres and it was great. We landed in another field and helped put it all back together. Then we had a little lunch and they show you the selfie stick videos. They also mention they send you the photos and videos to your email. You also get a certificate. So very pleased we done the hot air balloon trip as it was a special birthday present from my partner. Well recommended. Thank you for a good experience.
