Very poor customer service. Takes days to reply don't provide straight-up answers, and is in general very hard to communicate with. Avoid!

We met Santi at the top of Los Carrizales Canyon at 8:30am; we had to get up at 6:30am to get there from Los Cristianos but it was so worth it. You'll get kitted out in all the equipment you need, from helmet, and wetsuit to neoprene sock and boots. You get a waterproof container to put snacks, dry clothes etc in, and a bottle for your water. Ironically you start with the big jumps and abseils, (but I guess the Canyon dictates that and not Santi!). The water is cold, but the wetsuits do their job. Some of the jumps, slides and abseils look mad from the top, but you always feel safe with Santi's guidance. When you get to the bottom (which can take around 3 hours), first you'll need to get over the disapointment that you're at the bottom, then there's time to change out of the wetsuit, get something to eat (that you brought) and start the hike back up. The hike back has spectaclar views, and as others have said is the real physical challenge of the trip. However, this is something you'd never experience without Santi's expert knowledge of the canyon. Special thanks to Santi for making this such an amazing trip. You always feel safe, and he's a really great guy too. He'll take photos and videos which are included in he price. Which is actually quite refreshing as so many trips like these try to charge you daft money at the end for them. Some tips. Have a good breakfast! Take water and some snacks. Nuts, chocolate, energy bars, etc... (not bananas; apparently they don't survive the trip down well and make a mess). You will want these before the trip back up the canyon. We wore swimming jammers under the wetsuit, and although changed into shorts for the hike back up, ended up going back to the jammers as they allowed more easy movement. So take something for the climb back that isn't constraining. We've done Paragliding, hiked into the Grand Canyon and Ziplined through the Maya Jungle in Mexico and this is one of the best experiences we've had. If you're even thinking about it, book it. Thank you Santi!!!!…

We decided to take this tour to fight with my fear of high and also to do something really crazy. Thanks to Ben we did not choose harder options. After I explained our fit condition, experience and my fears, he suggested to start with a light version. And this was the right choice. My husband would do something more difficult, me - not. After canyoning when you are tired, you still need to walk 15 mins in neoprene suit while it is hot. And also - it is quite cold in the waterfall, at least in January. Santiago, our guide is a super guy! Very professional, experienced and helpful . Thanks only to him I was feeling safe. Activity took around 5 hours in total, so plan your day properly. Will recommend this tour, but only for healthy people ready for cold, challenges and patience agains other tourists. Thanks Ben and Santi, this was the best experience in our lives! And thanks for the photos!…
