The Molla family have lived in this farm since the early medieval period. Today Montse Molla is an accomplished enologist keeping the tradition of "Vi Pages", wine made according to the traditional methods, alive. The fermentation is in wooden vats. Lluis Molla is a lawyer, historian and an expert on local history. The farm is open to the public (consult website for opening hours) for the sale of wine and fruit. Guided tours on request or as announced in advance (website). The Molla family also participate regularly in local cultural events.

If you are looking for an exclusive place for guiding and winetasting, don't miss out on this. Old traditions, interesting story, wonderful location. We had the tour with Jack, charming and entertaining. In the backyard some of the familymembers came to join, lovely people. 700 years og history, I'll be back to buy some more of the superb wines.

Montse, our hostess's family has owned and worked this land for 600+ years! They make small barrels of white, rose and their signature "witches wine" - my favourite. The only adaptation to modernity is converting from steam powered grape press to electric. Natural wine where every year a different nuance to the wine - dependent on climate, rainfall and cellaring. Passionate presentation that overran so her children Alois and Yvet ran up wanting Mummy to finish. They also have a farm shop selling homegrown peaches, cherries and plums in season.

The winery is small and idyllic. Not too many wines were available. The story given by an enthusiastic and pleasant staff member about the winery and the wines was interesting.
