One of the best museums we have visited. Very experiential, tremendous for children. Dolls of life-size dinosaurs that move. Three & four dimensional films, authentic skeletons. Thought was invested in every small details. Very impressive, just wonderful. Do not take children under the age of 6. Our children are age 5 and it's pretty scared them. Really recommended visit for... More

Great for older kids! I really liked the various ways they've made the experience interactive using technology! older kids loved it, some of our younger ones were a bit frightened at times. I guess that shows how realistic they've made some of the scenes!

Great educational and fun museum. The best part is that you can go fossil hunting afterwards. Well maintained animatronics and enjoyable films are evenly spaced between educational placards. Minor drawback is that the audio guides are not always synced with the films.

Amazing attraction close to Saarbrucken. We went with our kids aged 5 and 3 yeArs both enjoyed all exhibits, for 3d and 4d movies and the time travel scenes. We are from India and the price seemed quite steep, but worth every penny! The surprises were endless and to top it all, was the indoor playground, our only rescue on... More

Nice combi of museum and playground. 2 areas host the museum covering topics like dino's, evolution supported with 3- and 4-D films and a 'real' dino-show. The 3rd area hosts the playground which is quite nice for kids between 3 and 10. The family day-ticket gives entrance to both and offers good value for money. Staff is local and very... More

We had a wet day in Trier and made a day trip by car here and it was well worth the effort. A fantastic attraction - it interested our whole group - myself, husband, our 11 year old and my elderly parents in law. I agree it is not suitable for very young children as some of the exhibits are... More

Nice place to visit, especially on rainy days. Good for older kids, not so much for toddlers even if they love dinosaurs. Good location.

52€ for a family of 4 for an attraction that takes 3 hours to get through; awesome! Everyone in the family loved this place. It starts out a bit slow but the rest is great. Movies are in German but mostly self explanatory. Free English translation headsets to help along the way. Show military ID to get the 52€ price;... More

We just happened to be in the area and found this gem. I had not seen reviews so I did not have high hopes. We were pleasantly surprised! 3-D and 4-D films were entertaining. The exhibits were neat, and little scary. We really enjoyed that you could practically walk right up to the dinosaur. Kids play ground park was free... More

Visited the park w my 4+5 year old boys.Warning:park is recommended for 6 year old and above and its true that some dioramas were very realistic thus scary.A 3d snd 4d movie is also offered plus excibitions of very realistic dinos and other prehistoric animals. There is also a simulation of a travel back in time and lastly the huge diorama...
