At the airport I found them easily (they WhatsApp’d me a picture of my name so I could spot them) and continued to check all was okay. He kept constant communication before we arrived Doha and when I mentioned the flight was delayed and updated with the new estimated time of arrival he replied immediately. As I told him we arrived and gotten our bags, he already sent me his picture with my name waiting for us at the arrival. He was kind enough to help me with my bag , the car was clean and whilst we were going from the airport to the hotel he gladly told us about the tourist attractions along the way. I have booked 2 cab from Pondicherry to Bangalore. They have not provided the cab ,till the last time they were saying we are arranging cab.
After that no refund issued for advance, even called 100 times simply saying we are on it ,you will get in some time.
I think they are not concern about customer review & running a scam to get money
Never recommend any one worst experience.

The services were fast and the condition of vehicle was outstanding in terms of maintenance & cleanliness
It was much cheaper also when compared to the local taxi services .
The driver was very polite and his driving skills were adequate.

We have used twice this service, first time after landing in Delhi and second time from Agra to Delhi. Both trip were smooth. The driver was always on time, cars in good conditions and you feel they take a good care of you. Can only recommend.

Booked service to drop my father from Gr.Noida to Rishikesh, the app calculated distance 225 km
As per my experience it’s 240km, The actual their driver demanded for 257km
🔹Clearly app calculate less so you book considering economical but at destination they recover by fooling you with extra km.
🔹Since they try to maximise their profit so run on CNG and can stop anywhere for CNG filling. Which cause 1:30 hr extra in my trip.
🔹Their service providers are also not professionals. Before journey they may call you & inform that driver DA will be extra ₹200 which you must pay in cash.
Suggest to book with clear agreement on Km & time.

Disgusting experience. I had a 3 day outstation booking for 9 AM and they did not provide driver details till 8.30 AM even after multiple follow ups. On time they said no driver is available and demanded extra â‚ą1500. The driver was rude, did not switch on AC as he wanted to spit gutka in every 10 minutes. Driver refused to drive after 7 PM and asked us to manage on our own.

Very horrible experience. We were stranded in jibhi because of taxi bazaar. The driver refused pick up one day before our travel date. Om contacting customer support we received no response or help. After a while he became unreachable. The service is very unprofessional and unreliable. We ended up paying twice the amount to local taxi. Even after the trip our advance payment was never refunded.
Overall, this was a very terrible experience and would never recommend choosing taxi bazaar. Please don't fall for cheap rates it is a scam.

thanks so much for helping me collect my bag, which was delayed and did not arrive with me after a connecting flight. I appreciate the help from chennai airport staff which was prompt and efficient. They called mumbai airport twice and really checked all details with me because i was quite worried, it is greatly appreciated and i received back my luggage the same night

He took us out of the airport, in the cold, to make calls on the subject. The driver, for not speaking English, seemed a little nervous. After a few calls, he assigned the three bags and people in the car and made the transfer.

Amid Covid19 scenario as well I found the taxibazaar so prompt and timely on action. Initially I thought that due to ongoing covid crisis, hiring a private taxi would cost me a lot. Later I boarded a taxi from New delhi to Haldwani through taxibazaar for 4500 ( that I consider genuine price for 3 passenger on a route of 270 kms and for that matter for the first time in my life I din't initiate any bargain). The best things are their 24*7 availability and timeliness. Taxi driver( Mr Omkar Singh) was 15 minutes ahead of pickup time. Also he was so concerned of the sanitisation and other hygiene issues. The journey was smooth and ontime. Also the person ( Mr Arjun) managing my journey appeared to be too cooperative and gentle. All my queries and fears of journey amidst pandemic were addressed efficiently! Besides I feel this is the best option for female wanderers travelling across state borders from their safety and security point. Also I recommended taxibazaar to 5 of my other friends, two of them have completed their journey and are satisfied with the services.

I avoid Taxi Bazaar
I had a very Negative experience while using services from Taxi Bazaar.
We had trip from Delhi to Shimla Manali
We have done the booking well in advance with full detail planned sharee with them so that we have better & precise quotation. I also asked them about getting written Inclusions and Exclusions.
When we started, it was all fine from Driver and looked proffessional, he was friendly, but as soon as we entered manali, Driver said they will not go to Atal Tunnel due to the fact that Local taxi wals threaten them (It appeared to be excuse to loot extra 3000), as we had very clear plan explain when we had agreement before booking, we denied to pay 3K. Driver denied to move unless we paid. We called Taxi Bazaar where they only said during every call “We will come back to you”, we called 6-7 times and everytime the same Pathetic response.
Everytime we had to argue with Driver for every small reason as Taxi Bazaar had a very Poor alignment with Transporter!
Driver Sunil and their owner Sunil even Threatened us!
Avoid it if possible!!!!!!
